I have to say thank you for the advice. I am currently looking to get back into Educational Publishing and I have had little luck. I recent;y applied for a job where I was told no about getting an interview. Then my recruiter called and said someone mentioned me in their interview and they wanted to meet me. Crazy! I went in for the interview and I nailed it. However, they have some reservations about my job history. I have had 4 jobs n 4 years. Do you have any advice on how to make that not look so bad? I did a good job of explaining but I am afraid other companies are passing on my resume for that reason.

Molly, I have to agree with Julieann.

You appear to have the gift of making the obvious even more plain. Sometimes we get caught up trying to do the sophisticated and complex, when the simple and straightforward is more effective.

Molly, I love how you can take something we all "know" and make it so much clearer. I've shared this with others and will be rereading it myself just to double-check my approach and choices on opportunities.

Thanks for writing! I wait almost breathlessly each month for the next entry.
